Metrics Muncher
Every account you use to run an app, in one dashboard. Metrics Muncher links Google Analytics, AdMob, Firebase, and Apple App Store Connect together into a single visualisation, so you can finally see the whole picture without five separate logins.
Coming Soon to the App StoreBuilt for Devs Tired of Tab-Switching
If you ship apps, you already know the ritual: check Google Analytics for traffic, flip to AdMob for revenue, open Firebase for crashes and engagement, then log into App Store Connect for downloads and sales. Four accounts, four logins, four mental models, and no single number that tells you how your app is actually doing today.
We built Metrics Muncher because we were living that ritual every single day for our own apps. It links your existing Google Analytics, AdMob, Firebase, and Apple App Store Connect accounts and brings the numbers that matter into one clean visualisation. No spreadsheets, no exporting CSVs, no mental math to reconcile revenue against downloads.
One Visualisation, Four Sources
Metrics Muncher doesn't try to replace any of these platforms, it sits on top of them. Behind the scenes, it talks to each service's own reporting APIs using credentials you control, then lines the results up on shared timelines so you can spot the connections a single dashboard would otherwise hide, like a spike in AdMob revenue that lines up with an App Store featuring, or a Firebase crash that quietly tanked your Analytics engagement the same week.
- Google Analytics: Traffic, sessions, and user behaviour, pulled straight from your existing property.
- AdMob: Ad revenue, eCPM, and fill rate trends alongside the rest of your metrics.
- Firebase: Crashes, engagement, and retention data in the same view as your revenue.
- Apple App Store Connect: Downloads, proceeds, and territory breakdowns without opening a browser.
- Combined Trends: Cross-reference every source on shared timelines to spot cause and effect.
- Built for Indies: Designed around the workflow of a solo developer or small team, not an enterprise BI team.
- No Spreadsheets: Skip the manual CSV exports and copy-pasting between tools.
- Your Accounts, Your Control: Metrics Muncher connects to accounts you already own using official APIs.
Why We Built It
Tayloriellos runs several apps across health, finance, travel, food, and games, each with its own Analytics property, AdMob unit, Firebase project, and App Store Connect listing. Multiply that by six apps and checking performance became a part-time job in itself. Metrics Muncher is the tool we wished existed: the missing dashboard layer over the accounts every indie developer already has open in a dozen browser tabs.
