Absolute Privacy.

We believe that high-quality, human-centric software doesn't have to harvest your data. Here is our straightforward privacy promise.

1. On-Device First

For apps like Cholesterol Heart Tracker and Spettle, your personal data never leaves your phone. We do not maintain databases of your health records, your receipts, or your dining habits. All processing and saving happen strictly on your local hardware.

2. Zero Forced Accounts

We hate forced logins just as much as you do. None of our apps require you to create an account, hand over an email address, or link a social profile to access their core features.

3. An Exception for Metrics Muncher

Metrics Muncher works differently by necessity: it's a dashboard that unifies your own Google Analytics, AdMob, Firebase, and Apple App Store Connect accounts, so it needs you to sign in to those services to fetch your data. We connect to each service's official API using credentials you control, and we don't sell, share, or build advertising profiles from the business data those connections return. You can disconnect any linked account at any time, and doing so removes Metrics Muncher's access immediately.

4. How We Keep the Lights On

To fund development while remaining independent, some of our free apps (like Tic-Tac-More! and Fire & Ladders) include minimal, embedded advertisements. These are served through standard networks that may collect anonymous usage data to serve relevant ads, but we strictly configure them to respect your tracking preferences and Apple's App Tracking Transparency rules.

5. Lingotino

Lingotino (our Italian course) needs no account. Your name, learning progress and settings are stored on your device and synced only through your own private iCloud account; we run no server and can't see them.

Anonymous usage analytics and crash reports. To find the questions learners get wrong most and make them better, Lingotino sends anonymous data to Google Firebase (Google Analytics and Crashlytics): which screens and activities are used, each answer marked right or wrong with the question it belongs to, a short wrong answer where the question has one right answer, your study level and goal, rough ranges (such as streak length), your approximate region (worked out from your IP address, which isn't stored), and crash and performance diagnostics. This data is tied only to a random identifier created by the app. It is never linked to your name, never includes your own words (spoken answers, writing or conversations), and is never used for advertising. You can switch it off at any time in Settings → Privacy → Share anonymous usage data.

Speaking and Apple Intelligence. The microphone is used only during speaking practice and conversations, and speech is turned into text by Apple's speech recognition. The AI conversation partner and feedback use Apple Intelligence, on your device or on Apple's Private Cloud Compute, under Apple's privacy terms. We don't receive your recordings, transcripts or writing.

6. This Website

If you are browsing tayloriellos.co.uk, we use industry-standard tools (like Google Analytics) to understand how many people visit us. We use a consent management platform (Cookiebot) to ensure we only track what you explicitly allow. We don't sell this data to data brokers.
